Inclusive Careers Fair 2024

The Inclusive Careers Fair (ICF) is an annual event that champions diversity, accessibility, and inclusion in the workplace.

For ICF 2024, our team took over from a previous production partner — essentially starting from scratch in terms of content direction. I handled the video production and editing, repurposing existing highlight footage to create pre-event cutdowns that teased what attendees could expect from the fair, including diverse employers and inclusive hiring initiatives.

During the event, I was on the ground conducting speaker interviews, managing content capture, and editing same-day videos for quick social media release. I also edited the post-event highlight video, summarizing the fair’s key moments and takeaways.
